人民财讯6月24日电，西典新能(603312)6月24日晚间公告，公司拟分别在中国香港设立子公司、全资孙公司，在新加坡设立孙公司，并由香港子公司与新加坡孙公司分别出资10%和90%在泰国设立孙公司。公司将通过上述主体的搭建最终投资建设泰国生产基地。拟投资总金额不超过2亿元人民币（或等额外币）。
