新京报贝壳财经讯 6月24日，深交所发布公告称，新疆合金投资股份有限公司（简称“合金投资”）拟筹划控制权变更事项，根据有关规定，经公司申请，公司股票于2025年6月24日开市起临时停牌，待公司通过指定媒体披露相关公告后复牌。
