6月23日，国家金融监督管理局新疆监管局网站公告，同意乌鲁木齐市城市交通投资有限责任公司受让乌鲁木齐城市建设投资（集团）有限公司持有的乌鲁木齐银行约5.69亿股股份。受让后，乌鲁木齐城交投公司将持有乌鲁木齐银行14.22%股权。据了解，此次股权为无偿转让。
