消息面上，6月23日晚间，华升股份披露重组预案显示，公司正在筹划发行股份及支付现金购买深圳易信科技股份有限公司100%股份，并向公司控股股东湖南兴湘投资控股集团有限公司发行股份募集配套资金事项。
