证券日报网讯 6月23日晚间，中银证券发布公告称，公司董事会近日收到董事长宁敏女士递交的辞呈。宁敏女士因工作调动申请辞去公司第二届董事会董事长、董事、战略与发展委员会主任委员、风险控制委员会委员职务，辞任后将不在公司担任任何职务。
