人民财讯6月23日电，欢乐家(300997)6月23日晚间公告，公司将在印度尼西亚共和国（简称“印尼”）建设椰子加工项目，该项目总投资不超过2100万美元，由公司向全资子公司欢乐家香港增资不超过2100万美元，再由欢乐家香港出资不超过3397.56亿印尼盾（约折合2100万美元）在印尼设立全资子公司具体实施本次椰子加工项目。
