6月23日，哈投股份（600864）发布公告，因工作调整原因，张名佳申请辞去公司董事及董事会提名委员会委员职务。辞职后，张名佳将继续担任公司董事会秘书、副总经理等职务。
由于张名佳辞去董事职务导致公司董事会缺额，经公司职工代表大会选举，补选李殿会为职工董事。
