6月23日，古越龙山（600059）发布公告，2025年6月20日、23日，公司通过集中竞价交易方式首次回购公司A股股份489万股，已回购股份占公司总股本的比例为0.54%，回购价格区间为10.16元/股至10.50元/股，已支付的总金额5025万元。
2025年一季度，古越龙山实现收入5.39亿元，归母净利润5902万元。
