6月23日，创业慧康（300451）发布公告，近日公司获悉其5%以上股东葛航持有的5485万股股份已解除司法冻结，占公司总股本的3.54%。此次股份解除冻结的起始日期为2025年5月12日，解除日期为2025年6月20日，执行人为杭州市中级人民法院。
截至公告披露日，葛航所持股份累计被冻结数量为9945万股，占公司总股本的6.42%。
2025年一季度，创业慧康实现收入2.90亿元，归母净利润-1565万元。
