随着日期进入2025年6月23日，2025年中国足协夏季转会注册窗口也已经正式开启。
本次二转窗口将持续到7月21日，中超、中甲、中乙俱乐部可以在此次转会窗期间办理职业转会注册和联赛的补报名工作。
根据国际足联的相关公示情况，由于陕西联合、武汉三镇、梅州客家、北京国安、重庆铜梁龙在开窗时处于转会禁令当中，这些俱乐部需要先解决禁令才能转入和注册新援。
