6月20日，渝三峡A（000565）发布公告，公司于2025年3月24日至2025年6月19日通过二级市场集中竞价累计处置北陆药业（300016）股票300万股，交易均价为7.46元/股，成交金额为2236万元。
本次处置完成后公司仍持有北陆药业3747万股股票，占北陆药业2025年6月18日总股本的7.59%。
2025年一季度，渝三峡A实现收入7370万元，归母净利润525万元。
