人民财讯6月20日电，天永智能(603895)6月20日晚间公告，公司拟将全资子公司江苏天永智能工程有限公司（简称“江苏天永”）49%的股权转让给盐城紫极科技创新投资中心（有限合伙）（简称“紫极科技”），转让对价为1568万元。本次交易完成后，公司仍持有江苏天永51%的股权。
