财联社6月20日电，粤宏远Ａ(000573.SZ)公告称，公司与交易对方未能就交易价格等核心条款达成一致，未能达成交易方案和正式股份转让协议，经友好协商和审慎研究，拟终止本次筹划重组事项。根据终止协议，交易对方应在终止协议生效之日起10个工作日内将诚意金1.3亿元全额退回公司。
