6月20日，联创光电（600363）发布公告，控股股东江西省电子集团解除质押395万股，占其所持的4.17%及公司总股本的0.87%，并再质押395万股，占其所持股份的4.17%及公司总股本的0.87%。
截至公告披露日，电子集团累计质押7533万股，占其持股总数的79.52%及公司总股本的16.61%。
2025年一季度，联创光电实现收入8.01亿元，归母净利润1.16亿元。
