6月19日，湖北能源（000883）发布公告，公司审议通过了相关议案，同意将营口能投65%股权挂牌转让底价在首轮挂牌价格的基础上降价10%，即将挂牌转让底价调整为5032万元，其他转让条件不变，并委托北京产权交易所重新公开挂牌寻觅受让方。
2025年一季度，湖北能源实现收入41.83亿元，归母净利润3.56亿元。
