6月19日，江顺科技（001400）发布公告，近日公司召开董事会和监事会，审议通过了关于调整募集资金投资项目拟投入募集资金金额的议案。
根据公告，因首次公开发行股票实际募集资金净额为4.9亿元，低于招股说明书中披露的金额，公司决定对募投项目的资金投入进行适当调整。

2025年一季度，江顺科技实现收入2.74亿元，归母净利润3350万元。
