当地时间6月19日，欧洲最高法院“欧盟法院”总法律顾问Juliane Kokott就谷歌反垄断案发表意见，建议法院驳回谷歌的上诉，由此维持欧盟普通法院的判决。
此案始于2018年，欧盟委员会当时宣布对谷歌处以43.4亿欧元罚款，原因是谷歌利用在互联网搜索市场的主导地位，对Android设备厂商和移动运营商做出非法限制。谷歌随后对该裁决提起上诉。
2022年，欧盟普通法院做出裁决，认定谷歌在移动搜索市场滥用其市场主导地位，但将罚款金额降至41.25亿欧元。之后，谷歌向欧盟法院提起上诉。
