瑞银财富管理投资总监办公室在最新机构观点中表示，美联储周三将基准利率维持在4.25-4.50%区间不变，连续第四次会议没有变化，符合市场预期。这为下半年降息留出了空间。预计美联储或将从9月开始降息，年内降息75个基点，明年一季度或再降25个基点，因为关税的影响变得更加明显，经济活动继续放缓。
