人民财讯6月19日电，据湖南省统计局消息，1—5月，全省规模工业增加值同比增长8.1%，比去年同期快1.2个百分点。装备制造业支撑有力。装备制造业增加值增长12.9%，拉动规模工业增长4.1个百分点，其中金属制品业增长23.6%、电子信息制造业增长16.2%、电气机械和器材制造业增长14.4%。
