6月18日，南方万国数据中心封闭式基础设施证券投资基金（简称万国数据中心REIT）正式获得中国证监会注册批复及上交所无异议函。该项目底层资产为位于江苏省昆山市的国金数据中心，拟募集资金规模为19.33亿元。据悉，这REIT是首批数据中心REITs之一，也是上交所首单数据中心REIT。
