据悉，项目正重点推进展园精装修与智慧管理系统建设，计划2025年7月实现一期开园。建成后的鹊山生态文化区将集生态保护、文化展示、休闲旅游等功能于一体，成为济南"北跨"战略的重要支撑和黄河流域生态文化建设的示范项目。
