6月18日，西安银行（600928）发布公告，股东西安金融控股有限公司于6月16日将其持有的5000万股办理解除质押，占其所持的44.01%及公司总股本的1.12%，解除质押后其持有股份无质押情形。
截至公告披露日，西安金控持有1.14亿股，持股比例为2.56%。
