智通财经APP获悉，周二，Verve Therapeutics(VERV.US)飙升超74%，报10.99美元。消息面上，据媒体报道，全球最大制药巨头礼来公司正准备以高达13亿美元的价格收购基因编辑初创公司Verve Therapeutics，其中10亿美元为预付款，另外3亿美元将根据Verve达成特定临床里程碑支付。对于Verve而言，这无疑是一笔极具吸引力的交易。
