聚焦提升企业感受度，近日，上海市市场监管局针对食品经营者推出“免申即享”政策。
申请人办理营业执照名称、法定代表人变更的同时，食品经营许可系统会“自动关联”，相关事项登记变更后，许可信息的更新“自动触发”，也就是说，企业不需要主动申请，证照系统自动“对标”。数据显示，每年在企业名称和法定代表人的变更上，办理量有一万多件。
