6月17日，海欣股份（600851）公告称，公司监事会于2025年6月16日收到公司监事会主席王飞川提交的书面辞职报告。王飞川因退休原因，申请辞去公司监事及监事会主席职务，辞职后，将不再担任公司任何职务。
