6月中旬，有消费者发帖称，使用黄子韬创办的“朵薇”品牌卫生巾时发现有黑色异物，联系客服并寄回商品后，被告知检验结果为合格产品。但该消费者表示，“朵薇”客服用4月份的合格报告来回应6月份的送检产品不合理，并且她想知道黑色异物具体是什么。 据九派新闻，6月16日，“朵薇”品牌相关工作人员回复称，已收到该消费者寄回的卫生巾，正跟进处理中。
