英国金融时报援引两位未具名知情人士报道称，礼来将为收购基因编辑生物技术公司Verve支付近10亿美元，并在该生物科技公司实现某些临床里程碑后再支付3亿美元。礼来拒绝对的报道发表评论。Verve尚未回应置评请求。该交易最快可能本周宣布。
