2025 年 5 月 23 日，沈阳首府智算赋能资产投资管理有限责任公司发布《沈阳人工智能产业园（一期）算力运营服务项目》招标公告。
项目概况：
沈阳人工智能产业园（一期）总算力值规划为 1091 P，本次拟运营算力值 1038 P。
项目整体建设分为两期，一期预计于 2025 年 6 月 30 日前建成，二期预计于 2026 年 3 月 31 日建成。
