MS CONCEPT(08447)发布公告，公司全资附属公司Lord Restaurant(作为租户)已就物业的租赁重续于2025年6月16日签署及交回新租赁协议予独立第三方MCGL(作为业主)，自2025年12月1日起至2028年11月30日为期3年(包括首尾两日)。
据悉，该物业位于中国香港铜锣湾告士打道280号世贸中心6楼全层。
