Michael Scotto同时爆料，在今年的交易截止日前，森林狼曾就交易鲍尔进行了初步的谈判接触。
上赛季，鲍尔出战35场，场均得到7.6分3.4篮板和3.3次助攻，不过此前的两个赛季，鲍尔都因伤赛季报销。整个职业生涯，鲍尔的出勤率一直不高。
