格隆汇6月12日丨理士国际(00842.HK)公告，公司两家附属公司(作为借款人)近期订立一份贷款合同，内容有关由多家金融机构(作为放款人)提供总额为人民币4.28亿元的循环贷款("A段贷款")及总额为人民币1.72亿元的定期贷款("B段贷款"，连同A段贷款，统称为"该等融资")，而公司已为借款人提供以放款人为受益人的担保。倘若贷款合同加入任何新贷款人，则该等融资项下的总承诺金额可增加至不超过人民币10亿元，或可能与借款人协定的其他金额。
