北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 实习记者 王悦彤）6月12日，佳禾食品发布公告称，公司近日与中信银行苏州分行签署《最高额保证合同》，为旗下全资子公司金猫咖啡在2025年6月10日至2026年6月10日期间的债务提供连带责任担保，担保金额上限为2000万元人民币。此次担保后，佳禾食品累计为金猫咖啡提供的担保总额已达4000万元。
