财联社6月11日电，青岛银行(002948.SZ)公告称，青岛国信集团出于对本行股票长期投资价值的认可，拟通过其子公司增持本行股份，增持后青岛国信集团合计持股数量占本行股份总额的比例预计不超过19.99%，该增持事项尚需经银行业监督管理机构核准后实施。
