6月11日，上海洗霸（603200）发布公告，王善炯因工作调整申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞去董事会秘书职务后，王善炯继续担任副总经理职务。同时，董事会同意聘任吕晨为公司董事会秘书。
截至本公告日，王善炯直接持有公司股票11万股，通过上海承续商务咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）间接持有少许公司股份。
2025年一季度，上海洗霸实现收入1.03亿元，归母净利润983万元。
