6月10日，宗申动力（001696）发布公告，持股5%以上股东西藏国隆科技有限公司于2025年5月7日至2025年6月9日通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式累计减持公司股份569万股，占公司总股本的0.4969%。
本次权益变动后，西藏国隆持有公司股份2亿股，占公司总股本比例17.6148%。
2025年一季度，宗申动力实现收入32.43亿元，归母净利润2.26亿元。
