房价在 2025 年底前，可能会下跌 20% 到25%，然后中国房价才会趋于稳定。

高盛应该是不止一次预测过中国的楼市了吧？那么前几次都准吗？关键是这一次准吗？
个人觉得应该是不准，我觉得到2025年年底，中国的房价再上涨20~25%还有可能，因为现在中国的房价基本上降不动了。
