当地时间6月5日，针对道达尔能源的“漂绿”指控在法国巴黎一法院举行开庭辩论。法官将于当地时间10月23日做出裁决。
环保运动组织绿色和平（Greenpeace）、众人事务（Notre affaire à tous）和地球之友（Friends of the Earth）提起诉讼，指控该公司在2021年由道达尔更名为道达尔能源时在宣传活动中误导消费者，包括在宣扬“2050年实现碳中和”目标的同时继续大规模开发新油气项目。
