新加坡金管局6月6日发文，明确数字代币服务提供商监管制度。
6月30日起，在新加坡运营但仅向境外客户提供数字付款代币、资本市场产品代币服务的数字代币服务提供商（DTSP）须获金管局颁发的执照，否则会被封锁。
新加坡金管局表示，上述业务模式的洗钱风险较高，且若实质性活动发生在新加坡境外，金管局难以有效监管。
