6月5日，芒种。白城洮儿河沿岸，农田里的秧苗满目青翠，孕育着勃勃生机。
截至6月3日，白城市水稻插秧面积402.11万亩，已全部插秧完成。旱田播种面积1378.10万亩，占计划播种面积的99.00%。其中，籽粒玉米1065.54万亩，全部播种完成；大豆播种70.85万亩，占计划播种面积的98.35%；绿豆播种34.10万亩，占计划播种面积的80.81%。
