6月5日，雷赛智能（002979）发布公告，拟将股份回购价格上限由25元/股调整至52元/股，回购方案其他内容不变，调整原因是公司股票价格持续超出原定上限。
2025年一季度，雷赛智能实现收入3.90亿元，归母净利润5582万元。
