石基信息6月5日公告，全资子公司Shiji （US） Inc.（石基美国）与万豪国际管理服务公司（Marriott International Administrative Services, Inc.）签署《云服务的主服务协议》（MSA）及《服务计划》。根据协议，石基美国将成为万豪中国区全权管理直营酒店和特许经营加盟酒店在PMS云服务领域的首选提供商，以SaaS模式为其提供新一代云架构的企业级酒店信息管理系统DAYLIGHT PMS。
