6月5日，华夏沪深300ESG基准ETF（159791）发布公告，华夏基金管理有限公司对基金经理进行了调整。新任基金经理张金志于2025年6月3日上任，接替离任的基金经理赵宗庭，后者因工作需要调整而离任。张金志拥有6年的证券从业经验，并曾在南方基金管理股份有限公司和华宝基金管理有限公司担任相关职务。
