人民财讯6月4日电，华懋科技(603306)6月4日晚间公告，公司拟通过直接和间接的方式购买富创优越57.84%的股权，并向控股股东东阳华盛发行股份募集配套资金。本次交易前，上市公司通过子公司华懋东阳持有富创优越42.16%股权，本次交易完成后，上市公司将通过直接和间接方式合计持有富创优越100%股权。公司股票、可转债债券以及可转债转股将于2025年6月5日开市起复牌。
