针对“蜜雪冰城女店员因订单爆单崩溃大哭”一事，据红星新闻报道，涉事蜜雪冰城门店负责人回应称，哭泣的女店员是该店店长，并且当时崩溃哭泣不是因为订单量，而是她与其父亲吵架导致。该负责人表示，门店早班（上午10点前）就一个人，订单量并不大，过了10点后则有两名店员。
