6月4日，南亚新材（688519）发布公告，公司拟将2022年回购方案中已回购的371万股用途进行调整，由“出售”调整为“用于注销并相应减少注册资本”。
本次回购股份注销完成后，公司总股本由2.38亿股变更为2.35亿股,注册资本由2.38亿元变更为2.35亿元。
2025年一季度，南亚新材实现收入9.52亿元，归母净利润2112万元。
