当地时间6月3日，国际原子能机构总干事格罗西在访问乌克兰时表示，扎波罗热核电站冷却用水不足且电力供应不稳定，目前并不符合重启要求。格罗西强调，停运三年的核电站仍需全面检查才能重启。
扎波罗热核电站位于乌克兰南部，2022年俄乌冲突爆发不久后便被俄罗斯控制。此后，俄乌双方多次指责对方对扎波罗热核电站发动袭击。（央视新闻）
