人民财讯6月3日电，远东股份(600869)6月3日晚间公告，5月公司收到子公司中标/签约千万元以上合同订单合计为41.94亿元。远东股份同日公告，股东国远投资持有公司7.28%股份，拟通过集中竞价、大宗交易方式减持其所持有的公司股份，合计数量不超过5104.52万股，即不超过公司总股本的2.3%。
