财联社6月2日电，据日本共同社获悉，美国方面已证实驻日美军横田基地曾发生过有害化学物质外泄事故，并可能对当地民众造成健康危害。据报道，2023年1月，位于日本东京都的美军横田基地发生了含有被认为具有致癌性的有机氟化合物(PFAS)污水泄漏事故。
