据中指研究院，2025年1—5月，TOP100房企拿地总额4051.9亿元，同比增长28.8%，增幅较上月扩大2.2个百分点。受上年低基数影响，TOP100房企拿地同比增幅较上月扩大。拿地企业仍以央国企为主，拿地金额前十企业中8家为央国企。
