人民财讯5月30日电，*ST太和(605081)5月30日晚间公告，公司拟将持有的参股公司广州凯云发展股份有限公司（简称“凯云发展”）606.06万股人民币普通股，占其股份总额的5.5556%，转让给广州凯得资产运营有限公司，转让价款合计为2042.42万元。股份转让完成后，公司将不再持有凯云发展的股份。
